Local online trade newspaper FTW Online has reported that S&P Global Platt assessed 180 CST high sulphur fuel oil in Durban, South Africa at US$345 per mt delivered on Monday, 17 July 2017 – a total US$12 per mt “up” on the day.

It is further reported that according to one trader, fuel oil availability in Durban is “a little tight”.
