Our mediation team consists of highly specialised mediators to assist with alternate dispute resolution.

Mediation is a voluntary process whereby both parties endeavour to reach resolution of a dispute without having to engage in adversarial and protracted litigation in good faith. The parties themselves are in control of the process and the outcome.

Our skilled mediators are qualified with various accreditation bodies or have attended the requisite course to provide such services. They are able to assist by acting as the appointed mediator for parties involved in a dispute or assist clients who are involved in mediation proceedings with the preparation leading up to the mediation and with the negotiation strategies.
