BUNKER SHORTAGE AT DURBAN, SOUTH AFRICA – UPDATE
Local shipping and trade journalist Eugene Goddard has reported in today’s Southern Africa’s Freight News that as at 15th May 2020, high sulphur fuel oil (HSFO) at the port of Durban remained unavailable, and the availability of very low sulphur fuel oil (VLSFO) also remains tight.
