Bunker Shortage at Durban, South Africa
It has been reported by local shipping and trade journalist Eugene Goddard in FTW Online that there is no high sulphur fuel oil (HSFO) currently available at the port of Durban. Very low sulphur fuel oil (VLSFO) is reportedly only available in limited quantity.
