Kellogg is opposing the proposed merger between Pioneer Foods and Futurelife.  The matter is being heard by the Competition Tribunal today and tomorrow.  Kellogg’s opposes the merger on the basis that Pioneer’s Pronutro competes with Futurelife in the breakfast cereal market.  Anyone with a toddler will agree with Kellogg.
