Tebogo is an Admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public. She specialises in residential and commercial mortgage bonds, acting for a number of Banks as well as funders operating in the commercial lending space. As such, she is well versed in the requirements and procedures of the various deeds offices and financial institutions alike. Tebogo handles the day-to-day affairs of vetting documents and compliance certificates required by the lenders, drafting loan agreements and security documents, signing up clients, overseeing the correctness of all deeds office documents, and also sees through the final registration processes. As a Notary Public, she attends to the drafting of various notarial documents including long term leases, servitudes, deeds of tie and antenuptial contracts.
