Judy deals with civil litigation and contractual disputes primarily in the High Court, but also the Magistrates’ Court, as well as matters referred for mediation, arbitration and adjudication. She has a special interest in construction disputes, contractual disputes and, PAJA review applications and has represented a number of clients in shareholder disputes. She is a notary public.
