Anton’s experience includes all aspects of tax law, including assisting clients with disputes against SARS, tax litigation, corporate structures and reorganisation, international transactions, property transactions, employee benefit structures and taxation, capital gains tax, employees’ tax, all VAT related matters including inbound and outbound transactions and tax planning (including trusts and estates). Anton is a member of the Tax Administration Workshop group of SAIT, as a tax practitioner. He is also and external examiner for the University of KwaZulu-Natal’s Tax Masters Programme. Anton was a former member of the Finance Committee for Gelofte School.
