Chuma is a highly experienced employment law specialist with a particular interest in industrial relations and employment litigation matters. Chuma was appointed as a Senior Legal Advisor at the KwaZulu-Natal branch of the Motor Industry Bargaining Council, where he was responsible for coordinating and managing the enforcement of the industry’s Collective Agreement. His experience covers unfair dismissals, unfair labour practice disputes, strikes, restraints of trade, retrenchments, and other forms of dismissal. Chuma is also specialised in administrative law.
