Nyasha is an Associate in the Pension and Employee Benefits Department. She specialises in employee benefits law and has experience in litigation relating to retirement funds. She advises on issues relating retirement funds and other stakeholders in the retirement industry as well as various aspects of the Pension Funds Act 24 of 1956 and other related legislation. Nyasha is a member of the Pension Lawyers Association.
Her skills include drafting of legal processes and rendering legal opinions relating to the retirement fund industry. Nyasha also has experience in general litigation, debt collection, matrimonial law, local government law and POPIA compliance.
