Nyasha is an Associate and has specialised in the Pension and Employee Benefits Department for two years. She specialises in employee benefits law and has experience in litigation relating to retirement funds. She advises on issues relating to retirement funds and other stakeholders in the retirement industry as well as various aspects of the Pension Funds Act 24 of 1956 and other related legislation. Naysha is a member of the Pension Lawyers Association.
Her skills include drafting of legal processes and rendering legal opinions relating to the retirement fund industry. Nyasha also has experience in general litigation, debt collection, matrimonial law, local government law and POPIA compliance.
