Specialisations and Interests

Jenna specialises in tax disputes with SARS including objections, appeals, alternative dispute resolution and litigation. 

Jenna also specialises in:
- tax planning and the structuring of trusts, organisations, estates and individual's affairs to minimize taxation;

- transactions including specialized transactions in terms of the Income Tax Act and fundamental transactions in terms of the Companies Act;

- assisting clients with managing outstanding tax debts, entering into payment arrangements, voluntary disclosures, securing refunds, requesting suspensions of payments and obtaining tax clearance certificates; and

- providing detailed opinions on various tax matters (such as the Individual Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, Employee Tax, VAT, Capital Gains Tax, Tax Administration and the Employment Tax Incentive).
