Sihle is a Partner in the Shipping and Logistics department, specialising in Customs and Excise matters (indirect tax). Before joining the firm, he spent several years at SARS in the Tariff Head Office Division and was also a member of the Customs National Appeal Committee. Sihle deals with all Customs and Excise related matters including Tariff, Origin, Valuation, Internal Administrative Appeals, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and the drafting of court pleadings. He has a keen interest in compliance and risk management, particularly governance, and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Risk Management.
